Description
Concrete Steps London. Our special glass-reinforced concrete blend is made using cement, selected sand, specially designed additives and stable pigments which allows us to make steps which have a longer lifespan, fantastic UV stability and a superior mechanical resistance. A lightweight reinforcing core reduces the overall weight significantly but doesn’t sacrifice any build quality in the process.
All the steps we make are protected by our bespoke hydrophobic agent which helps to limit the absorption of water and safeguards against moisture. The surface becomes more resistant to mechanical and chemical damage and easier to clean. The sealant may slightly alter the colour but you can request specific hues to meet your designs. There’s usually a slight difference anyway due to the manufacturing process so we encourage all customers to contact us if they have any questions.

Surface Textures:
You can get different types of surface texture as needed. There’s Silk texture, which is a natural concrete look, Rough which has pitted texture or Etched which offers anti slip protection.
Finishes: Unsealed or a choice or Matt, Satin or Gloss (we recommend sealing to limit staining). Give our team a call to discuss your requirements.

We advise all customers and prospective users that owing to the manufacturing process and the fact that we work with organic materials, the finished product may result in a slight colour difference. VERIFICATION OF THE AESTHETIC APPEARANCE
Please check and ensure that you are happy with the delivered product and there are no apparent visible defects. If any issues are detected do not start the installation and contact supplier immediately. No claims will be accepted after tiles have been installed.

Cleaning & Maintenance
- Clean with fresh water and a neutral pH detergent
- Do not use any aggressive cleaning agents or any other chemicals that are reactive to concrete or sealant
- To clean specific stains do not use abrasive materials
- Do not leave standing water on the surface
- Do not leave stains to dry, as they may permanently stain the surface
- For outdoor apply sealant periodically depending on usage
- Sweep the surface regularly to remove all dirt and dust
