All of our hand-crafted products are shipped with the utmost care and padding.

We ship via a dedicated courier company and will always invest in insurance for your project at an agreed extra charge to you. Generally the insurance will cover approximately 50% of the value of your item. If you would like extra insurance, please let us know.

As soon as your product is shipped, we will notify you and provide you with a tracking number and estimated date of delivery.

The buyer is responsible for any potential additional fees charged at customs for all international orders. Once a product leaves the UK, Living Concrete Ltd is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

No product replacement will be provided if the customer provides an invalid address. However, if the mistake is on our part, we will take care of providing a replacement product or refund, at our discretion. Once a product leaves the UK, Living Concrete is not responsible for any loss or damage incurred.

Refunds and exchanges

All items are final sale, but if your product arrives in a million pieces, let us know. Please inspect all packages immediately upon delivery and inform us about any damaged merchandise within 24 hours upon receipt of the item.

Credit for damaged merchandise may be forfeited if a report is not made within the time specified.

No return will be accepted without prior authorization and no refunds or replacements will be issued for intact items.

If the customer supplies an incorrect address, all re-routing charges are the responsibilities of the customer.

With all handcrafted products there will be some variation in colour and measurement from one piece to another or from picture to product. This is the very nature of “handcrafted,” and customers agree to accept variations in our handcrafted products when placing an order with Living Concrete.

We will do our best to accommodate a change in order after being placed or delivered if possible. Please be aware that all costs associated with change orders are the responsibility of the buyer and payment is requested before changes will be made. This charge will typically be in the range of 20 to 100% of the purchase price.
