Standard Sizes

Maximum dimensions of one standard panel must not exceed 1200 x 1200 mm.
Maximum dimensions of special format panel must not exceed 3300 x 1200 mm.

OTHER SIZES ON REQUEST. Minimum order 30m2.

Colour Variations: The cement composition of our products means that there will be slight deviations regarding colour compared to other tiles in the batch. The chart we have provided is therefore only to be used as a reference when selecting an option.

Finishes:  Unsealed or a choice or Matt, Satin or Gloss (we recommend sealing to limit staining). Give our team a call to discuss your requirements.

Panel Composition

  • Precast panels reinforced with polypropylene fibres, and for thicker profiles, optional steel reinforcement.
  • Mix includes cement, aggregate, plasticisers, and high-grade additives.
  • Standard weight: Approx. 44 kg/m² at 20 mm thickness.

Handling, Storage & Delivery

  • Supplied vertically on pallets, protected with polystyrene and stretch film.
  • Large formats delivered in crate-pallets or A-frames.
  • Store indoors or under cover; avoid direct exposure to the elements.
  • Panels must rest flat post-delivery, and straps should be cut within 48 hours.

On-Site Use & Installation

  • Impregnation with a hydrophobic agent is mandatory before use – ideally post-installation to reduce handling damage.
  • Horizontal application requires up to 150% of standard impregnation volume.
  • Panels should acclimatise on-site for 48 hours prior to installation.
  • Any visual residue from the impregnation will naturally dissipate or can be cleaned with a microfibre cloth and water (avoid chemicals or pressure washing).
  • Panels are architectural concrete; variations in tone, surface, and air holes are intentional design features, not defects.

Important Notes for Architects

  • Product Warranty applies only to intended use: Wall cladding for residential or public buildings.
  • Use only according to technical guidelines and installation instructions.
  • Living Concrete accepts no liability for misuse, improper handling, or non-approved applications.
  • All GRC panels are hand-finished, and minor inconsistencies are intrinsic to the authentic concrete aesthetic.
