Project Overview
Living Concrete created a coordinated collection of bespoke concrete elements for CHANEL, including vanities with integrated sinks, benches, splash-backs, door fronts and unit panels. The scope encompassed 21 vanities across four configurations, each tailored to its setting.
Design and Concept
The design combines substantial vanity profiles with clean rectangular basins formed within the concrete surface. These integrated sinks give the units a unified appearance, with the basin and surrounding countertop sharing the same colour and texture.
Matching splash-backs extend the finish beneath the mirrors, while coordinated door fronts complete the composition below. Paired with timber joinery, pale tiled surfaces and warm lighting, the concrete introduces subtle texture to the restrained interior.
Materials and Finish
The concrete elements feature a warm ivory tone and smooth matt finish. Subtle surface variation adds character, while crisp edges and carefully defined basin geometry give the vanities a strong architectural presence.
