Description
The Living Concrete team were chosen by Emrys Architects to refurbish and restore an old concrete staircase at Pennybank Chambers, which are located within the Clerkenwell Conservation area. We used hand applied MicroConcrete coating with Anti-slip agent for the work because MicroConcrete is especially suitable to this type of artisan restoration and it is ideal for tougher environments such as stairs and floors.
The project was challenging because the building was newly refurbished and didn’t have any lift so the team had to carry all materials up the building to complete the work – a task they completed with professionalism and accuracy.
