THICKNESS
– Between 2 – 4 mm
SUBBASE
– It should be secure and free of moisture
– There can be no rising or negative humidity
– There should be no cracks
INSTALLATION SUBSTRATE
Microconcrete can be placed on top of the following types of supports, among others:
– Smoothed concrete, concrete and cement: they must not break or present cracks.
– Tiles, ceramics and mosaics: they must be firmly pasted to the concrete/substrate. There should be no unevenness greater than two millimetres between tiles.
– Cement or lime plasters: they must not chip, they must not have cracks and should have a fine texture.
– Plasters and plasterboard: may need a primer. If they are painted, the paint must be firmly attached to the plaster, otherwise it must be sanded before proceeding.
– Wood: it can be placed on wooden boards (MDF types), with previous treatment of the joints between plates. It cannot be applied on parquet or natural wood pieces.
STORAGE
– Store in a dry, cool place in original closed containers
SHELF LIFE
– 1 year for liquid parts / 2 years for powders / 1 year for the Sealer and 6 months for its Hardener
